Vinyl condition is EX.  Visually the vinyl looks clean and shiny.  Inspected under a bright light and couldn't see any hairlines or marks.  I have tested the audio on my Rega P6 and I thought the audio playback was excellent. Labels are clean with the faint trace of a couple of spindle marks.  Grading at EX.
The sleeve condition is VG+.  Gatefold sleeve with minor edge wear.  No tears or writing.   See Pics. 
Inner sleeve condition is VG.  Original swirl inner with an additional polythene sleeve inserted.  Sleeve has discoloured over time see pics
