Surface scratches, needs cleaning - finger prints, dust.
Played well upon testing. Tested two tracks.

These records have been in storage since his passing (approx. 12 years)
Records will need cleaning and are inspected and tested for major damages. (Scratches, warping, etc.) Any concerns will be photographed.
