Description

Ice-T - "O.G. Original Gangster"

1991 / Sire Records / PRO-A-4796

The holy-grail of Ice-T records, this double LP features full and instrumental versions of select cuts from the album "O.G.".

As stated in Discogs: "This is the very rare US Warners 2xLP promo version which was never fully commercially available. It has a different sleeve to the European vinyl version and a different tracklisting to the European vinyl version. The second disc features instrumentals of the tracks - made by Warners specifically for DJ use and live performance use by Ice-T and crew."

Absolutely essential and in perfect condition! Get it while you can.

Grading based on Record Collector Guidelines:

Mint (M).  The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as sealed or unplayed will generally be Mint.

Excellent (EX).  The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good (VG).  The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Good(G)   The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc.

Plus “+” and minus “-“ signs are used to provide additional detail when I think the condition is between two specific grades. So, for example, “NM-“, or “Near Mint Minus”, will be a tiny bit better than “VG+” or “Very Good Plus”.

Hi! I’m in the process of liquidating a fairly big collection of rap records. Keep an eye on my auctions if you are looking for a lot of the following: Wu-Tang related, Amon Tobin, Peanut Butter Wolf, MF Doom, Madlib, Ninja Tune and Stones Throw, plus lots of other stuff from the last three decades. Thanks!

I package records in cardboard mailers with some form of insulation, and purchase Delivery Confirmation ( United States buyers only), for your protection and mine. This means shipping costs are a little more than the arbitrary limit set by Ebay (generally a dollar at most.) I can combine items to help minimize shipping charges - just request a total amount, and I will send an invoice for everything.

So if you win an auction, please wait for me to send you an invoice with the actual shipping charges. Domestic shipping is $5 via Media Mail for anything up to 2 LPs. For each extra LP, add $1 to the shipping fees (This includes Multiple LP sets, as the US Postal Service charges by weight.) So, a 3 LP album would have shipping charges of $6, within the United States. Other services are available upon request – just email me with the service you want so I can get you a quote.

International shipping quotes are available upon request. Just let me know what country you are in, and if you have any special requests (such as insurance, tracking, etc.) I will use the cheapest service available (First Class) as a default. Note that First Class is limited to 4 pounds (about 1.8 Kilos) – anything over must use Priority, which is slightly more expensive.
