Quality levels of the record

M = Mint (The record is in an absolutely new condition. Extraneous noises are available)

VG = Very Good (The record is played one or more times and has some light scratching. Very fine to fine scratches are present, however hardly audibly. )

G = Good (The record is still well playable however already been frequently played up quite often. Audible are extraneous noise like light scratches or by repeated playing arisen noise.)

W = Worn (Record has been played above average. Scratches and background noise are clearly audible.)

F = Fair (Record is acoustically completely without value, since it is practically no longer playable. However interesting from archives purposes and for completionS collections.)

Quality levels of the sheath

M = Mint (Cover in absolutely mint condition)

VG = Very Good (The cover has only slight signs of wear.)

G = Good (The Cover already shows clear signs of wear.)

W = Worn (The Cover of this quality is already severely damaged.)

F = Fair (The cover is torn or has received incomplete.)

+/- = The symbol + (plus) or - (minus) is appended to one of the above levels of quality, when the plate or cover might have slight or creasing. Example: If a board better than VG but not M, so in this case is the correct rating VG+.
If the quality of the plate but still more in the M- range than in VG- range, this is the correct assessment M-.
