This is from my Aunts personal collection who recently passed, she took very good care of her records as she was a musician.  

I am not sure how these ratings go for records, but I will do my best to rate the record condition with an explanation added.
Cover Good Plus -Minor Corner dings - Hole in the back bottom right corner
Sleeve - the sleeve does have some slight staining and a hole where the cover had one. 
Vinyl Looks Great to Excellent - Looks and sounds great
