Description
This is a rare, 1973 original UK CBS 65586 LP record. An excellent player with some sleeve wear in accordance with its age. Another copy of this record previously sold on discogs.com for £300 – a very collectable record.

- Matrix / Runout (Side B runout, stamped & etched): S 65586 BI 1 PN - 2
According to the standard LP/vinyl 'goldmine scale' I would conservatively classify the condition of each element as follows:
Outer sleeve = Very Good (VG) - General shelf wear on all edges (see pics). - Some creasing at corners (see pics)
- Some mild ring wear front and back (see pics). - The front is generally in good condition. There are some small indentation marks centre/left, more visible when they catch the light. (see pic) - The open edge is in good condition (see pic).
If you are in any doubt about the condition of the outer sleeve please do not bid for this item.
Inner Sleeves = Very Good (VG) Very thin paper picture sleeve (picture on both sides). - Good condition original inner. General light creases front and back.
- Inner sleeve has three very clean splits at the centre bottom, centre right and centre left edges. None of these detract from the very good overall condition of the inner sleeve. Although I chose not to, each split can be easily repaired. I prefer to keep the whole package in its original state. To protect the original inner from further split damage I will supply this record with a new poly-lined sleeve.
Record labels = Near Mint (NM) - Side 1 and 2 labels are excellent (see pics) - No spindle track marks.
Vinyl = Very Good+ (VG+)
- Playback reveals one or two pops/clicks but no distracting 'across the groove' scratches.
- Both sides have hairline surface scratches. On playback these are not audible on my high resolution system (using Ortofon MC cartridge with nude FG 80 & AT shibata diamond sylii). - The vinyl has been professionally cleaned using a Loricraft record cleaning machine. - Sound quality is very good. A wide soundstage and good stereo seperation. It's a dense mix but with no discernable inner groove distortion.

Other copies appear to have regular CBS inner bags advertising the then current LP releases on that label, some including a review of Raw Power itself. Red Columbia logo on front cover."
