Not one of the late 1970s budget label issues or recent releases. This is the ONE. The reason you NEED this is because it is the ONLY release that contains the alternate 'Search and Destroy'. On this UK release you can hear the Asheton brothers, bass and drums pushed up in the mix. giving this track maximum drive . . . killer start to the album. The rest is the same as the US and other contemporary international releases.
Condition of disc is VG+ just misses being an Ex due to some surface noise on 'I Need Somebody', it didn't bother me too much but if you want a perfect copy then pass on this. Everything else sounds wonderful.
Cover is VG+ too, but I doubt you'll ever see anything other than an archive copy in much better condition. CBS should have put this in a laminated sleeve but they cut back on production expenses and used a very thin cardboard, hense the inevitable minor creasing and soft corners. Spine is fully legible and still pretty solid, minor shelf wear elsewhere.
