Description
"It Might As Well Be Spring" by Ike Quebec was released in 1961 by Blue Note Records (BLP 4105). This is the mono version, with the ear and "Van Gelder" in the dead wax, "New York USA" on the labels and the 43 West 61st St. address on the back cover. There's no deep groove. The other musicians on the session are Freddie Roach, Milt Hinton and Al Harewood.
The vinyl is in VG- condition with numerous scuffs and scratches. Background noise will be evident during the quieter parts, particularly on the first tracks on each side. The cover is VG+ with a light bump at the bottom left corner, seam split just starting at the bottom right corner, very light rubbing and edge wear.
