EXTREMELY RARE SIGNED and long out-of-print European Picture Sleeve 2-track SEVEN INCH VINYL SINGLE called "RIVER DEEP, MOUNTAIN HIGH".
Front cover is SIGNED by TINA TURNER, see picture.

Released in Europe on Liberty Records (Cat# 1C 006-83 312 ) from 1979.
