Cover is in Excellent condition.  Shrink is all there but it has come disconnected from the top about halfway across on the top and 1 inch on the bottom.  But it has been stored in a way that the shrink has protected the cover very well.  Seems are all intact.  Just a very slight bit of wear on the top and bottom but it's hardly worth mentioning.  Vinyl is VG+ visually but plays amazingly well on this thick old vinyl.  I can barely hear the background noise on my record player.  It's truly a great copy.
