On Offer is a stunning copy of Ike and Tina Turner's masterpiece River Deep Mountain High on the London label. This is the 2nd stereo UK release of this album, the original Decca inner sleeve states 1968. It is however an absolute beauty, 2/3 plays at most, which is surprising when you consider that this is regarded by many (including me) as one of the greatest LP's ever recorded. Please note this album was release prior to A&M Issue.
This issue has the purple label with silver print and comes in the original front laminated flipback sleeve with the original blue and white Decca inner sleeve which is also excellent. No writing, stickers, stains, creases or anything else, a very clean copy. Please view pics for track listings. It is from our own collection and one of a selection of blues/RB albums we will be listing over the next few days.
The reasonably thick vinyl is flawless, stunningly beautiful.
The thin laminated front cover is superb, very clean, no creases, laminate lifting or ringwear. The reverse is also very clean and white. The spine is full and clean and all text is legible. Labels are very clean.
This is a really beautiful copy, you will be very happy with this record.
