Cover has been taped on all closed sides along the edges, there is a 1/2” tear at the open edge of the front cover, there is a record store label fixed to top right corner and a light blue stamp below that “Radio Station Wire Indianapolis”, has no writing. Initial “AW” Andy Warhol at bottom of art on front cover.
