Gently opened! You can still see the machine cut perforations. Didn't even know this album is heavily embossed. Even sadder to let it go. Limited to 500? Hot pink and bone edition!
Long story short: been a fan of these dudes for years, saw them play at house shows in Brooklyn. Saved and collected, but never listen. Just opened, kissed, caressed and put on a shelf. I'm parting with this collection to raise funds for World Central Kitchen, which started after the devastating 2010 earthquake in Haiti with the belief that food can be an agent of change.
From Houston to Puerto Rico, Chef José Andrés and our Chef Network have stepped out of their kitchens and on to the front lines to use the power of food to support communities affected by natural disasters.
Hurricane Maria devastated the island of Puerto Rico last week, wiping out 80% of the agriculture industry and the entire power grid for the island. Over 3.5 million people are in need of food, water, shelter, and other necessities.
I want to do my part, so here it is. They're doing a killer job is Puerto Rico by handing food directly to people in need. I can't be there, so I hope my vinyl selling will raise enough funds to do more of an effort. Bid up and enjoy!
