This is part of a big auction full of rockabilly record from Checker, Decca, Imperial and several very small label.  Great stuff that doesn't come up for sale often.  Many of these are promos or have original sleeves and almost all all are in great shape.

Release: Bob Luman - Red Hot / Whenever You're Ready

Format: 45 rpm 7" single

Year: 1957

Notes: Promo release with cream colored labels and not for sale verbiage. This is the first single released by Luman and has a great sound.  Grittier and more aggressive than a lot of other similar tracks. Excellent guitar work. B-side is a little more standard, but Luman's vocals even make that a standout track.  Great stuff!

Vinyl Condition: VG+, play area vinyl is in great shape with hardly any wear at all. There is some light storage scuffing in the runoff. Looks very clean and sounds fantastic with no skips/ticks/bumps, plays with hardly any background noise at all.  Label is nice as well with no marks/tears/stickers.  It does have some very light scuffing.

Sleeve Condition: VG, has some light wrinkling at the top and a few light wrinkles.  No splits or tears. Has a small pencil number in the corner. Presents quite well overall, strong side of VG.
