Description

In the Court of the Crimson King 8245. Signed by Greg Lake- - "Best Wishes, Greg Lake". I bought this LP in the late 60's or early 70's. I'm a retired firefighter. Many years ago my Fire Captain told me that he and his wife were going to England to visit his wife's nephew who was a motocross rider.  He(the nephew) happened to be sponsored by Greg Lake. I asked him to take 2 of my record albums with him to the UK and see if Greg would sign them. This is one of those albums. They all had dinner together one night and Greg signed both. My boss brought back a photo which had this King Crimson album pictured. Pictured in the photo are the nephew, his date or wife, Greg Lake, Greg's wife Regina(I think) and my boss holding the album. I just played it on my Technics turntable(1 gram tone arm weight) it and it seems to be in "good+ to VG" condition. There are a few small pops as the stylus enters the first grooves to play & then goes away. Most LP's have that tendency at beginning of play. I have not had the signature authenticated. Also pictured is the original inside sleeve(both sides). Make me an offer! No LO-BALLS please. JUST REDUCED THE PRICE 5.9%- 2/19/2018
