Iconic Modern Northern - "Independent Woman" by Jan Jones.  
Hard to find 80's re-issue on Day Wood Records.
Flip side is "All of a Sudden" by Melvin Moore; also a superb tune.

VG++ condition. Looks and sounds superb!  
Both these tunes would set you back some serious cash on originals, so this double header re-issue is well worth a punt.
