Resending fees will be charge for returned or unclaimed parcel. If refund require, please email us. Shipping will not be refund. Estimated delivery time is 7-31 days. We ship very promptly after payment ( mostly within 24 hours unless PO closed ). However, some countries has very slow postal procedure such as BRAZIL,FRANCE etc...and the shipment could sometime take MORE THAN A MONTH ( 6-8 weeks to reach you ).
