This is a benefit auction for the Atlanta Harm Reduction Center sponsored by Daemon Records.
Up for bids:
Indigo Girls first three vinyl releases autographed by Amy Ray and Emily Saliers.
Straight from Amy's storage closet - one copy each:
1) Indigo Girls 7" vinyl with Everybody's Waiting (for someone to come home) and Crazy Game.
2) Indigo Girls 12" vinyl with Cold As Ice, Finlandia, History of Us, Land of Canaan, Lifeblood, and Never Stop
3) Indigo Girls: Strange Fire 12" vinyl (1987)
Each is signed by both Amy and Emily for this auction. The vinyl is still in wrap and in excellent condition.
The Atlanta Harm Reduction Center is a street outreach program dedicated to impacting and empowering drug users in the fight against HIV, other infectious disease and stigma. Through the advancement of harm reduction based strategies and education, AHRC seeks to reduce the harms related to drug use.AHRC also advocates the development of a comprehensive approach to the healthcare needs of drug users and other marginalized populations. This includes treatment on demand, access to non-judgmental medical and social services and the implementation of population specific AIDS prevention programs such as needle exchange.
