Description

The International Submarine Band!

Safe At Home

Fantastic PROMOTION COPY NOT FOR SALE White Label MONO LP!

LHI -12,001

VG+/Near Mint

Beautiful condition and SOUNDS FANTASTIC!!!  This album would have and did make The Byrds proud!  This mono version is not available on any CD and sounds superb with different mixes!

I am selling off my entire rock and roll record collection that I have been collecting for over 30 years. Up for bid is a beautiful copy of The International Submarine Band's only LP release with Gram Parsons on lead vocals (formerly of The Byrds)!  Capture is cover only with no LP.  I have played every single one of these LP's and the sound is fantastic!  So much better than the highly compressed CD's.  The warmth of vinyl comes through on this recording and sounds so much better than its dull CD and stereo vinyl version.   Not only is the vinyl dead quiet, but the sound is fantastic.  You have got to hear this classic LP's in vinyl format in MONO!!!!

Graded Cover/Record

The cover is in true VG+ condition with some slight ring wear on the front cover and more noticeable at the top.  The rear is mostly rub marks that show up more due to the white.  No rips, tears, bent corners, gouges, holes, seam splits or yellowing.  The vinyl is Near Mint and the only thing that keeps it from being Mint is some slight hairlines.  I've played the record and I only hear 3-4 tics during the entire record (and this was between the tracks!).  Promotion copy labels are perfect with no spindle marks.

I am very picky when it comes to grading and grade to Goldmine standards. I absolutely hate it when dealers ameliorate the condition of the vinyl!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially when I am the buyer!!

Be on the lookout for some other fantastic Beatles sleeves including the rarer than hell Can't Buy Me Love as well as other Beatle CD's and Beach Boys CD's and tons of rare LP's!

PLEASE NOTE THAT Shipping in the US will be $4 USPS Media Mail.  Insurance is optional and recommended.

I guess everyone knows that this album was heavily Byrds inspired and was one of a few albums at the time that launched the whole rock country genre.  I took it for another spin tonight and this album sounds fantastic!  Glen Campbell and Roger McGuinn would approve (and they did!)
