Description

"INTRODUCING KENNY BURRELL" 12' LP original pressing on BLUE NOTE in its "Deep Grove " version with the Lexinton Ave address on the label of both sides:

Album is in good (GD) condition with some surface scrathes and I noticed a total of 5 skips after listening to both sides. Other than those skipps the sound is tremendous particularly considering it age. A true Jazz album with virtuoso performances and rythm that's intoxicating ( My take on it anyway).

Cover's not in the greatest condition: there is a breach in two of the seams and some pencil marking on the rear cover. also there is a split mid-point of the opening on the front cover. Other than that, the cover photo quality is great.

This record is a part of a collection that I've inherited as a result of a real estate aquisition. Having taken up piano, electric organ, and the saxaphone I'd say that I'm fairly passionate about music. Also I've watched over and over many documentaries on music like the Ken Burns PBS Series on Jazz, so I am therefore somewhat familiar with many of these artist and there work. Unfortunately, I have not, however convinced myself (inspight of my obvious appreciation for music) that I deserve to be the next collector of these recordings. Just not so sure that my current status affords me the opportunity to get the most out these gems. These recordings were very near being thrown away so having survived as long as some of them have, I romance the idea that they can now find themselves in the hands of a competent collector or music affectionado who give them a great new home. If I ever hit it big I'll probably be looking to buy some of these myself; until then I guest I'll have to settle for "one night stands" with these recordings that I have while auditing them for quality. Thanks for looking in and good luck bidding.

P.S Albums have been cleaned and will be shipped in new plastic sheathing and include original cover via media mail.
