The product is a vintage vinyl LP 180 gram titled "Introducing The Beatles" released by Vee-Jay Records in 1964. Cover says Stereophonic but when played SOUNDS MONO to me and the LP is not labeled stereo .....features British Invasion style music by The Beatles. This record comes in a cardboard sleeve with the original cover intact, making it a desirable collector's item for fans of classic rock music. The black vinyl LP is graded at Very Good, and it plays at 33 RPM, offering a nostalgic listening experience for all occasions. Note: front cover has a faint shadow of George Harrison on the far right front side-considered to be indication of an authentic cover.
FROM Disgogs with appreciation "This version is known as # VJ 1062 (1).SC3 (cover)/ VJ 1062 (1).SR1A (vinyl) as described in Bruce Spizer book: The Beatles Records on Vee Jay. One of the rarest of the commercially available releases in the US. Most copies that turn up are fakes. This variation of Outer Jacket is known as a "COLUMN BACK". Over the course of time since it's release on January 10, 1964 only around 18 copies of this LP in STEREO with this particular Outer Jacket have been discovered as being AUTHENTIC. Vee Jay had only ever pressed 2,202 total STEREO discs, all of which had been paired with either the AD BACK, BLANK BACK or this COLUMN BACK outer jacket. Precise numbers for each have never been officially verified and based upon the numbers of AD BACKS and BLANK BACKS that have turned up, it is logical that the COLUMN BACK is undoubtedly the RAREST combination of disc and jacket. Titles on back cover, includes Love Me Do & P.S. I Love You, quarter inch internal flaps on top & bottom jacket. Labels; centered titles / "Stereo" @12:00, ARP (American Record Pressing Co., Mich.) in italics stamped in dead wax, Audio Matrix also stamped in dead wax.
