Description

This auction is for a 100% authentic Introducing The Beatles Lp. This title is one of the most bootlegged and sought after Vee Jay titles. Not only is this item genuine, but it is also a blank back cover pressing. This record is one of the more rare pressings. Many you will see listed have track listings printed on the back. This is thought to be the transition cover between the “ad back” and the title back. Making more of a rare find because the production of this cover was very limited.

The record is a version one mono pressing with a color band and oval Vee Jay logo. The title listing on the label is justified to the left. Another feature on this record that confirms its authenticity is the “MR” Stamp on the record. Its stands for The Monarch Records Manufacturing plant, being one of the 6 plants that pressed the original copies.

The cover is in very good shape considering its age. There is some ring wear and the white on the back is slightly yellowed. The spine shows no sings of splitting. The record its self is in very good shape. It only has light scuffs and scratches that don’t affect its play whatsoever. The label is in remarkable shape showing little to no spindle scratches.
