Description

Introducing The Beatles (Vee-Jay SR-1062)

Genuine Article and in Very Good Condition !

This album passes all authentication checks

On The Cover

"Stereophonic" is printed in gray on a white stripe across the top of the cover.

The printing and artwork are clear and bright on glossy paper, and show George's shadow.

This version has the "Song Title" back cover and includes: Please Please Me and Ask Me Why. (see reference photos)

The album sleeve has "Other fine albums of Significant interest (VJ)" one one side and "The Great Gospel Artists Are On (VJ)" on the other side.

On The Album

It has the Vee-Jay "brackets" logo on the label, with a color band around the edge.

"Introducing the Beatles" and "The Beatles" are both printed above the spindle hole.

"VJLPS 1062" and "STEREO" are printed on the label. The print is silver and is bright and sharp.

The colorband on the label perimeter is of high resolution, with smooth gradations in color.

The letters "MR" in a circle (Monarch Record Mfg. Co. of California) are machine-stamped in the trailoff vinyl, which is less than 1" wide. "63-3402-S" appears on the master # in the trailoff area.

This album is in very good condition. There is some wear on the cover consistent with album storage. (please refer to the picture)

The Disc is also in very good condition. There is one small scratch on side 1, but it appears to be very minor. Overall appearance is bright and sharp looking.

The Sleeve is original and has some folds in it.

This is a great addition to any collection.

Because of the value of this item, insurance on the shipment will be required, as will an authorized signature for delivery.
