My Kool Kollectibles is proud to present this LP from the Beatles & Vee Jay Records entitled Introducing the Beatles (Vee Jay VJLP 1062) originally issued on February 10, 1964 in the U.S. This is known as Version 2 as it contains the tracks Ask Me Why and Please, Please Me instead of Love Me Do and P.S. I Love You. There is a comma in the Please, Please Me title. This is a super nice clean example of this LP. The cover is NEAR MINT! It still retains 90% of it's shrink wrap, no splits, stickers, or writing. One small dinged corner, other otherwise...amazing! The label features the all black label, with silver print and "VJ" in large black letters with "VEE JAY RECORDS" printed underneath! It has left justified titles and credits with "INTRODUCING the BEATLES" and does not have the words "long Playing" and "Microgroove" on the label. The label is near MINT and hard to find in this condition because all these black labels were susceptible to spindle wear. The word "SIDE" in all capitols. More than likely, this was pressed by Columbia Records in Terre Haute, Indiana. The record itself would grade a strong VG++. Under a bright light, some visible lines are visible. Plays beautifully!
