Here's a rare first pressing of Introducing The Beatles, the first Beatles album released in the USA.
VeeJay LP-1062 MONO Version 1: contains Love Me Do and P.S. I Love You (both on the jacket back and on the vinyl). Not the version with Please Please Me and Ask Me Why...that would be Version 2. Has the column cover with no errors or fake stupidity. Cover passes the "Honey" test, "Shadow" test, and the "Paul's Hands" test. Record passes the label test on all counts, also the runout test.
Definitely not a fake. Lots of good information on this record online. Google it. My record dealer confirmed authenticity and says it's worth a lot. This is a very rare and valuable record.
Sleeve has a couple of rips and a name written on the top. Name is also written on the label. Record is Good to Good + with no skips.
I resisted the temptation to put this on my record cleaner...some say it devalues a record, although I don't know how. If the buyer would like this record cleaned on my Okki Nokki and placed in a fresh MOFI sleeve, I will do this for no charge.
Also comes with an original National Record News paper / fanzine "Special Beatles Issue" at no extra charge. It will be packaged with the record in the sleeve.
