Description
The Beatles "Introducing The Beatles" 1964 Vee-Jay VJLP-1062 mono, Spizer-catalogued as VJ 1062(2).MR1B (colorband with the oval logo with very small print), this is a complete, straight-and-square copy. The vinyl is super-clean, Side 1 is glossy EXC with just a couple superficial scuffs in one area (see last photo) that do not effect play at all (playgraded), Side 2 is glossy and closer to NM-; you just don't find this vinyl this clean; the labels are beautiful with just a minimum of spindle-trails (see photos); the cover is a solid EXC (again, you never find them quite this clean), comes with the rare, white VJ advert inner sleeve (just a small left-top 4" edge-separation on the inner sleeve); this is an unusual pressing insomuch as the complete matrix numbers are "Side 1 = 63-3402-3 T" and "Side 2 = 63-3403-4"...my research says this is supposed to have 'URJ' in the trail-off area but it does not (I'm not sure what the stamped "T" means on Side 1), of note the credits on "Chains" has Goffin spelled correctly, overall a very clean, keeper copy. U.S. buyer to pay $4.00 media shipping (priority available upon request). International buyer please inquire for costs. Insurance at the discretion of the buyer.
