Description

Here for auction is a rare copy of "Introducing the Beatles" - Vee Jay Records VJLP 1062 - mono version 2. This copy has a rare sticker on the cover "Featuring Twist and Shout Please Please Me."

The cover shows wear and has a seam split of about 2 inches on the bottom seam near the cover opening. There is some minor discoloration on the top of the cover and also a mark near the Vee Jay logo on the front cover. The spine and the seams do have flaking. The back cover is not written on and is in pretty nice condition. There is a small "2" near the bottom right of the back cover indicating that this is one of the last prints of the cover. Grade for cover - vg minus.

The record features Please Please Me and Ask Me Why (thus version 2) and is on the solid black label with VJ in block letters. There is no writing, stickers, etc on the labels and the vinyl looks pretty good - a solid vg+, maybe even a little better. Includes original VJ inner sleeve.

I accept paypal and money orders - payment must be received within 10 days of the end of the auction. Buyer pays $5 for shipping and handling if within the US - Canada pays $8 - other countries pay $15.
