Vee Jay, VJLP 1062, mono, 1964

Disc: VG++/Excellent; Colorband label with bracketed logo (i.e., [VJ])

Cover: VG; stains, short splits; song titles on back

This is the authentic, highly collectible and rare Vee Jay edition of the Beatles' first USA album. Note the specifics of the label and cover: the Capitol-like colorband around the label and the Vee Jay logo in brackets (see photos). Also note the inclusion of Please Please Me and Ask Me Why to distinguish this specimen from other versions and counterfeits. And unlike most other 50-year-old Beatles records, this one remains in remarkably good condition. Serious Beatles fans are encouraged to bid early and often. Don't let this one get away!
