Considered one of the most talented and popular artists in our multivalent Ion Laceanu boasts over 55 years of career and enviable repertoire. He played for presidents of countries, for royalty has delighted audiences in over 60 countries and amazed walked everywhere with his talent.
Ion Laceanu's favorite singer was Nicolae Ceausescu. In fact, almost every party that gave Ceausescu invites Ion Laceanu who sing, as the artist says even for modest sum of 150 lei ..

But Ion Laceanu not only benefited when assessing leadership of Romania, but also very successful abroad. Not many singers of popular music can be proud that they shook hands with JF Kennedy and the personalities that played recitals and Mikhail Gorbachev, Jimmy Carter, Arthur Rubinstein (famous pianist) and Salvador Dali.
What made John Laceanu so popular in the eyes of these famous people? Perhaps that is able to play nine musical instruments, some unconventional? Certainly, yes. 'Playing flute, bagpipes, pipe, Tikvah, ocarina, pan flute, and the oat straw and lime leaf, "says John Laceanu.
Artist "you say well" and shell fish, which must, Musa, is the big carp. In other words, nothing is called "man band". Musical talent inherited from his father, and the first time he put his hand on a musical instrument was at age 12. Four years later obtained first World Festival of Students.

Since then recorded 18 cassettes and 16 world record and beat length and breadth away leading Romanian folklore and collecting not less than 55 years of brilliant career. In the 75 years that I celebrated these days, John Laceanu is in a big day. I thank God for that. Do not smoke, do not drink coffee and say that drive, which keeps him from stress.
