An excellent collectible 2-LP set from the acclaimed Ocora Radio France ethnographic music series, featuring authentic traditional Persian (Iranian) music. This volume showcases master musicians Mohammad Musavi (ney) and Mahmud Karimi (vocals and ney), recorded in Tehran in 1980 by renowned ethnomusicologist Jean During.

A wonderful addition for collectors of world music, Persian classical music, ethnomusicology, and the highly respected Ocora catalog.
