Description

For sale here is an Iron Maiden picture disc that came from the former EMI pressing plant. I was given it by a former employee. I am guessing that it is a test pressing/misspress as it has brave new world artwork on side A and Dance of death on side B. What adds to the unusual nature of this picture disc is the track listing. On The brave new world side you have Wasted years, children of the dammed, number of the beast and run to the hills. On the dance of death side you have aces high (live after death version), two minutes to midnight and the trooper. This makes it rather an interesting item as this track listing, coupled with the differing artwork make it quite an unusual item. This picture disc however, is not in great condition. It has some chipping around the edge (nothing too extensive, but noticeable, and it is scratched quite heavily on both sides and does skip. I have to be honest about condition as i dont want anybody coming back to me complaining of damge and condition, i would say its one for the collector who is looking for an unusual maiden piece for their collection. I am starting the auction at 99p with no reserve, so i think this is fair all round, and who knows, this could well be a one off item, but that is speculation. So good luck and happy bidding:)
