IRON MAIDEN
THE FIRST TEN YEARS
UNPLAYED MINT BOX SET CONTAINING 20 X 12" SINGLES
ULTRA - ULTRA RARE CONDITION
THIS BOX SET IS OF LIMITED EDITION AND OVER 15 YEARS OLD. THIS SET IS VERY HARD TO FIND COMPLETE.
Let me fill you in on the birth of this elaborate collection.
This is Iron Maidens ' The First Ten Years ', box set of 12" vinyl’s. The box contains 20 x 12" single vinyls in 10 double gatefold picture sleeves, all housed in a purpose made box.
A COLLECTION OF THIS CONDITION IS VERY HARD TO FIND.
I must repeat that this collection has NEVER been played, and each set has been boxed upon purchase.
ALL LPs ARE MINT, and the box has got only very light scuffing on the lid.
I have been SERIOUSLY MAIDEN MAD since I heard my father play run to the hills on his record player, some 25 years ago. NONE of the vinyls have been taken out of their gatefold sleeves- All are in A1 MINT CONDITION!!!
IN FACT, IM PLACING THIS BOX DOWN AS BRAND NEW, BECAUSE IT HAS NEVER BEEN USED!!!!! Can I do that?? I JUST HAVE!
I collected each of the ten gatefolds as they came out (once a week, from what I can remember when I went to the record shop to buy them, between February 1990 to April 1990).
When I completed this collection, the box was wrapped in cellophane and hid away in a cupboard as I believed that it would be worth something when I came to sell it in the future. (A COLLECTORS PIECE that will NOT LOSE its value).
This collection needs all the love and attention that it deserves.. I’ve not got the time for it anymore! But the few times I did take the lid off, I DROOLED over the sight that was in front of me………..MY GOD, THEY ALL STILL SMELL NEW!!!
So that is why I am selling this WITH A RESERVE as they are as NEW.... POSTAGE AT £7.99.
A MUST ITEM FOR the serious MAIDEN COLLECTORS…..
EACH GATEFOLD 12” SLEEVES OF ORIGINAL ARTWORK CAME WITH 2 x 12” LP’s, AND ALSO A SPECIAL BOX TOKEN. THE VERY RARE BOX COULD ONLY BE SENT OFF FOR UPON COLLECTION OF THE TEN ‘GOLDEN’ TOKENS.
