Description
A lovely copy of this iconic and well sought after triple album, recorded live in Donington in August 1992. The album sports one outer cover and three albums in poly lined inner sleeves. The limited edition triple vinyl, machine numbered on front sleeve. The outer sleeve has a matt finish. In general the condition of the album is in EX to NM-.
The cover: Single sleeve in EX condition no writing or tears. Pinched spine intact and readable. Ltd Edition # is 3946
The Labels: All six labels are clean and have no pen or pencil marks, also no sticker marks. There is however on on Record 1 side 2 a manufacturing label mis-alignment(see photo) Spindle lines are visible under certain lighting: Record 1 Side 1 (3) side 2 (2). Record 2 side 1 (2) Side 2 (3) Record 3 side 1 (3) side 2 (3) Approx. Over all the labels would be NM/M- but I would grade cautiously at EX+
The Vinyl: All the vinyl show a just pressed look a lovely sheen under normal lighting. Under detailed observation, halogen lighting and magnifying glass I noted the following: Record One Side One (R/1/S1) 1 hairline feelable 1/2 cm between track 3/4 (does on affect play) R1S2 1 hairline and 1 tiny scuff again does not affect play.
R2S1 clear S2 2 hairline marks feel-able again does not affect play
R3S1 1 hairline 2 cm long non feel-able does not affect play. S2 2x1/2 cm hairlines and a very light scuff
I have looked in detail at the vinyl and reported as best I can.
Over all the vinyl would be NM/M- but given the condition I have logged above I would say EX+/EX++/NM-
