Extremely Rare Zimbabwe Promo 
Sleeve :  EX plus , badly cut which is common in Zimbabwe pressing , very crude as are all Zimbabwe sleeves , see pics.
Vinyl : NM or Mint. This appears unplayed.
Maiden pressings from Zimbabwe are becoming increasingly rare with most copies now in the hands of serious collectors.
