Description
Picture Disc from Iron Maiden circa 1984. The Side of the 12" EP has been signed by the drummer Nicko McBrain.Please see photo's. This was purchased by me from a friend who actually went to concert and was lucky to capture an autograph from him. I have no certificate of authenticity but have included a picture above from another signed album - please view and draw you own conclusions.Who would want to forge a signature of for the sake of it? Anyway, about the record. This is an extended play 12" single from Iron Maiden featuring three tracks in total. Side A: "Aces High" Side B: "King Of Twilight". "Number Of The Beast" (live). Issued on the EMI recording label Catalogue Number is 12 EMI P 5502 Condition of the vinyl: Side A: I have examined Side A under bright lighting conditions and it presents with a good clear glossy sheene - kindly note, I have not played this side as I suspect the needle may be inclined to slip across the signed section where the presence of ink is on top of the vinyl grooving (I may be mistaken).
Side B: Agian, I have examined Side A under bright lighting conditions and am able to see a surface scratch that spans across track one that is relatively light in character but is visible, I have therefore played this side and both tracks on Side B play to a good audio standard with no skipping , sticking or jumping on my equipment NOTWITHSTANDING THE MArk I have mentioned, one can though hear one or two pops and crackles on the intro section of track two and on quitter sections of music - but that is the exception rather than the norm. The disc comes in a clear plastic sleeve.
