Rare Strictly Official Japan Original Vinyl LP with A Foldout Style Japanese Liner-notes/Lyrics Sheet.
This Is Promo White Label Copy, Japanese Words "Sample" , "Not for Sale" and Release Date "June 21" are Printed on Both Labels, A Small Japanese "Sample(Not for Sale)" Sticker on The Front of OBI Strip (See, Photo # 4).
Disc is EX, Picture Sleeve is EX Minus, OBI Strip Has A 3 cm Tear on Front, Bottom Tab Part of Back Has Many Short Creases Like The Photo # 5.
The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
