Description
On offer here is a Picture Disc copy of Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son by Iron Maiden, released on the EMI label in 1988, catalogue number EMDP 1006.
The album is housed in a polythene sleeve with a card insert, together with the elusive banner which is in it's original polythene bag.
The card insert is in amazing Excellent Plus condition.
The banner is Near Mint and I think that it had not been opened up before I photographed it.
The vinyl is in Excellent condition with one light non penetrating hairline. There is some crackling at the beginning of Track One Side One but this soon disappears, and really a Picture Disc should not be bought for an Audiophile experience, stick to the black stuff for that.
It should also be noted that there is some up and down movement on the turntable, not a great amount and the album is perfectly playable, however I felt this should be pointed out.
The album is classic Maiden, with great tracks such as Can I Play With Madness, The Evil That Men Do, Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son and The Clairvoyant.
Now hard to find especially with the elusive often missing banner, this is a must for every Rock / Metal collection.
The record will be sent outside of it's cover in a polythene sleeve sandwiched between two 12" cardboard stiffeners in a professional heavy duty Record Envelope made by Covers 33.
