Record on the back notes: "Printed in Holland for Promotional Use Only" but to my knowledge, this is likely an unf. release (like all Maiden Picture Discs starting with a PLP-... code) pressed in Germany (or UK), in 2007. No more than 500 copies of this title exist. One piece only for sale, from my own personal collection and in pristine overall shape, Don't miss!
