Description
Ok This is a bit a of a rarity. What we have is the original 7" 3-track debut EP "The Soundhouse Tapes" by Iron Maiden issued in 1979 on Rock Hard Records. Tracks are A-side Iron Maiden and B-side Invasion and Prowler. For those in the know this was the orginal band with Paul Di'anno on vocals.
Record is red label ROK 1 and has engraved in run-off *EG* SA LYN 7627-IT ROK 1A on side 1 and *EG* SA LYN 7628-IT ROK 1B on side 2.
The record was bought new by me on mail order at the height of New Wave of British Heavy Metal in 1979. Stored by me ever since. It has been played but not much in last 20 years!
Condition:Vinyl is Ex/Ex- There are some slight surface marks from wear against sleeve but no damage to playing quality at all. The sleeve is VG/VG+ there is visible ring wear on both sides, creases along edge of disc, corners of sleeve and fraying damage along bottom seam where the disk has worn the sleeve.
