Iron Maiden, The First Ten Years 1980-1990 Boxset


Consists of 10x Double 12" Singles (20 discs in total) with Gatefold sleeves and storage box. These are release numbers IRN1 - IRN10. As I recall the singles were sold over 10 consecutive weeks and you got a token with each one. Collect all 10 tokens and you then sent off for the storage box


Owned since new, the records were given an initial playing and then put into storage. Outer box shows some wear to the edges (final 3 photos), inner box excellent unmarked condition. The upper most gatefold IRN1 has some bowing due to storage (see pictures), the others having been kept flat by the weight of the other discs on top of them don’t have this issue. Overall I have assessed the condition of the sleeves as EX


I have listened to all the music again (but not the 10 “Listen with Nicko” episodes) and have assessed the quality overall as NM. There are a couple of minor issues I heard on playback:-


IRN6, Disc 2, Side B. Some light surface noise at the end of “Beast”

IRN9, Disc 1, Side B. A single “click” c2m 45s during Black Bart Blues
