The vinyl is in Good+ condition, but has some surface marks that will cause surface noise typical with a Good+ grading. The surface marks do no adversely affect play.
The inner lyric sleeve has 1 very large split seam on the bottom and a large split seam on each of the sides and has some creases & crumples. 
The merchandise insert also has some creases & crumples typical with age.
The cover has wear that is typical with age including some peeling on the spine that may lead to a split seam some day. And there are some creases & crumples and some small tears at the side opening. 
If any of these issues are a concern for you, please do not buy it.

INCLUDES THE VERY RARE ORIGINAL Merchandise Order Form, which is almost always missing from this set.  Also includes the inner lyric sleeve. 
Has MASTERED BY CAPITOL and Wally etched in the dead wax on both sides signaling a high quality mastering by Wally Traugott. 
PLAY TESTED! I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT SOUNDS AWESOME! But you will hear surface noise typical with a Good+ grading.

Nice, fairly clean labels with some spindle marks.
