Iron Maiden- The Sound House tapes E.P. + Original concert ticket

This is the Original Pressing of this sought-after Iron Maiden E.P., Rock Hard Records Ltd, its condition is As New and has never been Played ,, the front cover of the Sleeve has been signed by Paul DiAnnu and Steve Harris, obtained at Derby Asembley rooms 27/11/1980.

Please  ask if you have any questions with this great item, the sleeve is in excellent condition as is the record, the two signatures on the cover are in black Ink, the ticket stub measures 3.5" x 2.75" this has a small crease across the middle otherwise in excellent condition.
