Description

This is it! Iron Maiden's 1979 EP release, The Soundhouse Tapes. The crowning jewel of my collection, but it must go, just like the other auctions. I have owned this since '97 when I bought it from Keith Wilfort who was the long time Fan Club President for Maiden -and originally distributed these when they were first released. The vinyl itself is in Excellent condition, in the pictures you might notice some dust, I didn't even wipe it off since I'm concerned about scratches, winning bidder can clean it better however they like. The cover is in Very Good condition. White spot at the bottom of the picture is camera flash, NOT discoloration. Only the smallest edge of the corners are started to turn white, everywhere else is the original Orangish coloring. The back folds are still glued (or however they were secured in place) nothing is coming apart, no bends/rips/tears of any kind! Since the day i bought this, it has been in a hard plastic cover , never exposed to smoke or anything like that in my home.

I can verify that the etchings on the record read as follows-best that I can see with my own 2 eyes:

Side 1 : Rok -1-a    *EG*   SA     L7N 7627-IT  the last bit is the hardest to read as it is the lightest part etched.

Side 2: Rok -1-b   L7N  7628-IT (again hardest to read)   *EG*     SA

If you have any questions or conerns, don't hesitate to ask. I've never seen another one of these in person, so I can't compare specifically.
