Visual grading: record is EX has 1 light unfeelable scuff on side 1  Playing grading : record is EX plays with a light occasional background noise and few light occasional tics Cover grading :  folder cover is EX has wear to edges and corners, most noticeable on top left corner that is lightly bumped.The 10 pages large booklet is nice condition. Also a light yellowing for the age around the edges on back cover
