This is a rare original sealed mint copy of live LP by SF Psych Group, It's A Beautiful Day, At Carnegie Hall, KC 31338.  released by Columbia Records in 1972. This is the first pressing and I believe only pressing released of this LP released by Columbia. The album catalogue number pre fix KC is consistent with titles released that year. This includes several of the best known cuts from the group's first studio LP, including White Bird and Bombay Calling. Sealed copies of these are very rare and hard to come by.

 As to grading, I grade very conservatively following Goldmine Record grading standard. Except that for records that are a notch below near mint, rather than VG ++, I prefer to use grade of Excellent. I do not use VG++ grade in addition to Excellent grade as is done by some.

The LP is sealed completely and in unplayed mint condition. The gatefold cover is in very good condition with corners still fairly sharp but some wear visible where shrink came open at corners.. The top seam and bottom seams are strong  as is the spine with no splits and the product information on the spine clearly readable. The mostly white in color front cover is excellent with vibrant color, although there is some slight age spots visible on back cover.

The LP is being sold without reserve and payment is expected within 3 days of auction close. Return of the LP will only be accepted if the same LP sold is returned sealed .Buyers that behave in a less than ethical or unreasonable manner will be reported and blocked from participation in future auctions.
