Original Savoy Lp pressing, #MG 12106, 
Deep Groove Mono, with "RVG" in runout. 
The vinyl looks near mint, super clean and glossy, but I heard a couple of areas with light background static, very short periods of static though.

The cover is VG+, light water staining along the spine side on the back, not much edgewear except at the corners which are slightly rounded and dented(see pictures).
