J MERCY BABY - "I TRIED IT" / "I MESSED UP" on P&P Records (No. 105) from 1965. Very rare Mississippi RnB tune.
Record is in VG condition has some surface noise. Plays all the way through with no skips.
Cleaned on vacuum record cleaner.

The condition is mostly VG+ but my VG grading is very conservative and mainly due to some slight distortion in the louder vocal parts which could be due to the actual recording. Visually the record has light scratches on the surface, nothing deep that makes loud "pops" or can be felt, paper scuffs are evident but the surface still has shine to it. Background noise is minimal and does not overly interfere with playback. I have been collecting vinyl for 30 years and I would consider this record VG+ but for the visual scuffs and the discolouration to the labels. I have excellent feedback due to my honesty regarding the condition of the items I sell and offer a full refund if the item is misrepresented (excluding P&P). Thanks, Gavin.
