ITEM DESCRIPTION:  Sealed J.P.'S FORCE "TIME TO THROW DOWN" - On Sensational Records, F/W 23600, Black Label,  First pressing of 1986 independent label LP produced by & featuring Joe Phillips (founding member of The Winstons).  This is the mega rare & obscure boogie record by Washington D.C. band with a very limited regional release in the mid-late 1980's, No Reserve.
