J.A. Mitchell transcriptor hydraulic reference turntable
I do not know much about this item and it's in my elderly friends house. They used to use it and loved it for many years. It s just been on display ever since. I do not know if it's still working, how to use it or if it has all the parts so I'm putting it -as for repair or parts. Please see photos.
