  JACK ASHFORD Hotel Sheet LP in shrink w/ Room Key RARE! Magic Disc MD 116. Rare original copy of Jack Ashford's oft-sampled disco-funk pressing from 1977. Jacket is still in shrink and includes the original plastic room-key insert! Jacket, while still in shrink, has some moderate wear/rounding on both bottom corners and some light water stain (under the shrink) at the upper-left corner. We'll call it VG++ overall. Record is EX!

About Us
Treehouse Records is the current incarnation of a series of storied record stores at the corner of 26th and Lyndale in south Minneapolis. After becoming Oar Folkjokeopus in 1972 it quickly emerged as the epicenter for the burgeoning 70s and 80s Twin Cities punk scene. Renamed Treehouse in 2001 after the Oar Folk manager took over the business, the store remains a staple of the Twin Cities underground/independent music community and the best source for used vinyl in the state.

Local customers may pick up and/or pay for their records at our retail store if they wish to avoid shipping charges.

Airmail shipping to Canada is $8.00 for the 1st LP and $3.00 for each additional.
Airmail shipping to the rest of the world is $17.00 for the 1st LP and $5.00 for each additional.
ALL SHIPMENTS TO FRANCE, ITALY, AND RUSSIA MUST PURCHASE REGISTERED MAIL FOR AN ADDITIONAL $11.50. NO EXCEPTIONS!
For all other countries, Registered Mail is recommended and available for an additional $11.50 per package. We will not be responsible for unregistered or uninsured packages if something goes awry in the shipping process.
